• A review of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) in order to tailor the training to your center’s particular needs

• A 3½ hour workshop — filled with innovative insights — conducted by a highly knowledgeable and experienced trainer

• Workshop activities geared to speak to the needs and interests of all your stakeholders — staff, board, members, volunteers, and community representatives

• Technical assistance following the workshop to help you develop plans to implement what you learn in the workshop and address your specific concerns
