Blessings Abound Thrift Store is seeking a manager with the drive and ability to stimulate growth in sales and donations. We're looking for someone with great management skills, experience in the retail or thrift market and proven ability to recruit and manage volunteers.
The successful candidate will have retail or thrift management experience, college education, strong computer skills, and an established record in working with volunteers.
The manager will be responsible for:
- All store operations from maintaining sources of donations
- Processing inventory
- Generating sales
- Increasing profitability
- Storage
- Recruitment
- Training
- Scheduling of volunteers
- Staff training
- Marketing
- Establishing contacts for recycling
- All other aspects of operations required to meet mission and revenue objectives.
