Kathy Smith


I’m Kathy Smith. Currently, I am the Lead Career Management Consultant for Right Management Consultants’ Greater Philadelphia offices.  I have had over 30 years experience in counseling, career development, organization development, change management, coaching, recruiting and placement, and leading career management teams.

Prior to joining Right, I was a Vice President of Business Development and Consulting Services with Performance Improvement Technologies, a change management and human resources consulting firm. There, I helped organizations reach their performance goals and master change.  I also conducted career transition workshops and provided one-on-one counseling.
 
Earlier in my career, I was an Education Center Manager with IBM and a Regional Territory Manager with Esprit Computer Products, a microcomputer company. I graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Management from Marywood University. I frequently speak at local career fairs and women’s professional groups on work and career-related issues.
