Learning Lab
For agencies and nonprofit organizations interested in establishing a talented, inter-generational volunteer network, we offer our two-day Learning Lab workshop. Learning Labs are specifically designed with the nonprofit professional in mind!
This two day workshop will help participants:

Capture the talents, skills, and passions of people 50+

Understand generational theory and how it applies to volunteer recruitment

Think more strategically about how to market volunteer opportunities

Create and manage an inter-generational volunteer network

Develop an individualized Action Plan to implement outreach strategies

Coming of Age Greater Cincinnati will present two sets of Learning Labs for non-profit managers and coordinators of volunteer programs this spring. One two day series is scheduled for April 17 & 24 and another on May 11 & 18 from 8:30 to 4:00 each day. Locations for the Learning Labs are:

Training offered at this learning lab may be used to meet the requirements for renewing the Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) credential. One Professional Development Unit (PDU) is awarded for each 50-60 minute session or contact hour in topics related to volunteer resources management.
