Join Coming of Age Central PA June 1, 2013, 10-3 for the "Write Your Next Chapter" Chapter Boomer Forum. A day of exploration and inspiration for everyone 50+!
In 2008, a number of non-profits in the Greater Harrisburg Area accepted the invitation of Coming of Age: Philadelphia for assistance in planning a local initiative. In May 2009, this coalition held a Boomers Night Out kick-off event that introduced Coming of Age: Central PA. Since then, the collaboration has presented Explore Your Future workshops and a Learning Lab. Coming of Age: Central PA has become a presence in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin and Franklin Counties in south central Pennsylvania and is looking forward to further expansion.
Although our site is currently "under construction", Coming of Age: Central PA is pleased to soon be joining our fellow COA groups in reaching out to Baby Boomers through this website. The United Way of the Capital Region, a Coming of Age: Central PA partner from the very beginning, has made this next step possible with a generous working capital grant. Thank you UWCR!
