For not-for-profit organizations, Coming of Age’s staff development programs deepen and strengthen organizations’ abilities to recruit, utilize and retain volunteers and provide meaningful opportunities for them.

For businesses, Coming of Age offers tailored strategies to utilize paid workers 50+ in productive and innovative ways. 

And for newly retired employees or for those contemplating a change, Coming of Age offers strategies to define direction and explore options. Coming of Age delivers these services through training, recruitment, sharing resources and best practices, and offering mini-grants.
