Is your community prepared for the next big quake? Are you well-experienced in development strategies and have excellent communication & people management skills?
We are seeking a Community Partnership Coordinator to promote our preparedness education programs to communities before disaster hits.
Work with Preparedness Manager to strategize community outreach plan. Recruit new and coordinate volunteers. Identify and be point of contact for key community partners. Be the American Red Cross preventative at community events.
Passionate about American Red Cross values. Excellent communication, people, and project management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Research. Ability and willingness to travel to meetings via car or public transportation. Desired Knowledge of community development strategies.
Required: Orientation with Preparedness staff Recommended: Preparedness Instructor Training, Disaster Services Training (if relevant)
