Passion for the American Red Cross Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to complete projects in a timely manner Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research Knowledge of community development strategies (desired) Experience in the fields of business continuity or emergency planning, or related fields (desired) Physical Requirements: Sit & stand for long periods Utilize excellent stress reduction skills Encourage an environment for the unit with the minimal level of stress under disaster conditions
