Rebuilding Together San Francisco provides free repair and renovation programs for low-income, elderly and disabled San Franciscans and for nonprofit and community facilities. Our programs address basic living, life event and quality of life needs of homeowners and the people served by the facilities with which we work. The work we do creates safer environments and makes it possible for people to live independently for a longer time in their own homes.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will join an organization with a dynamic board and staff who are highly dedicated to and passionate about meeting our mission to revitalize neighborhoods through home repair and community facility renovation.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager covers two important administrative functions of RTSF:
-
managing our bookkeeping
-
and providing support to the Executive Director and staff with administrative tasks.

Clinic by the Bay is a free, volunteer-powered health clinic located in the Excelsior neighborhood of San Francisco. We are part of the national network of Volunteers in Medicine clinics; we engage retired and practicing health providers and nonmedical volunteers to provide compassionate, high quality care, free of charge, to working uninsured adults in the community. Clinic by the Bay will be opening a small dental program for its established patients in June 2013. We are looking for volunteer Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Hygienists to provide basic dental care including assessment, treatment planning, x-rays and cleanings using mobile equipment and digital radiography.

Join other Coming of Age members as we go on live TV on Saturday, June 15th from 6pm to 9pm to support public broadcasting in Northern California and to help Coming of Age create awareness of our organization and programs.
The TV pledge drives are KQED's most important fundraising effort and Coming of Age volunteers will help by answering phones and recording pledges.
And for bringing in a group, we'll get some on-air promotion, including verbal acknowledgements, camera pans of our volunteers, table signs and an on-air graphic slide.
Plus, all volunteers will receive a complimentary meal prior to our shift provided by a local restaurant, and drinks and snacks throughout the evening.
