Bookkeeper/Office Manager - Part-time , Paid Position

Rebuilding Together San Francisco provides free repair and renovation programs for low-income, elderly and disabled San Franciscans and for nonprofit and community facilities. Our programs address basic living, life event and quality of life needs of homeowners and the people served by the facilities with which we work. The work we do creates safer environments and makes it possible for people to live independently for a longer time in their own homes.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will join an organization with a dynamic board and staff who are highly dedicated to and passionate about meeting our mission to revitalize neighborhoods through home repair and community facility renovation.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager covers two important administrative functions of RTSF:

  1. managing our bookkeeping
  2. and providing support to the Executive Director and staff with administrative tasks.

AmeriCorps Member Position

Member Duties : Member duties include but are not limited to: Increasing the capacity of communities to address the emergency preparedness and response needs of local communities; Providing direct preparedness and health and safety training; Recruiting and managing youth and adult volunteers; Development, coordination and delivery of cultural and language appropriate preparedness training and educational resources; Working to enhance, strengthen and diversify the organizational partnerships working in preparedness and safety and strengthening their links with communities.

LVN-Assisted Living/Memory Care (Casual, On Call)

This position would provide direct and indirect care services that ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene and protection of residents.

Duties would include (but not be limited to): administering medications and treatments as directed; directing Certified Nursing Assistants in performance of work; maintaining health records as required; assisting in the planning of resident care activities based upon the Plan of Care.
