The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at San Francisco State (OLLI) presents Creativity: The Arts and Your Gray Matter, a mini-conference on reaping the physical and mental benefits of creative engagement throughout life.
Until recently, declining mental capacity as we age was believed to be inevitable. To the contrary, new findings in neuroscience tell us that creative pursuits can continue to strengthen and sharpen mental capacity throughout life.
