Session One of a four-part series. Please note that you must attend all four dates to complete the series!

Session 1: What Has Influenced Me?
In this session, participants reflect on what has meant most to them in their lives and brought the greatest fulfillment. Through activities and discussion they begin to plan for the future by exploring: 

• The people and events that have influenced them
• Their lives' themes and patterns
• Strategies for managing transitions

Session One: Thursday, September 16, 2010
Session Two: Thursday, September 23, 2010
Session Three: Thursday, September 30, 2010
Session Four: Thursday, October 7, 2010
