This fun, thought-provoking, four-session workshop series helps you envision your next phase of life. Whether you're retired or just thinking about it, whether you want to explore a new interest, start a second career, or give back to your community through volunteering, the Explore Your Future program includes a range of proven techniques and activities for self-discovery.

This is a hands-on learning experience, led by trained counselors, which focuses on helping you create a vision for making your future satisfying and rewarding. Sessions help you explore:

• What has influenced you?
• Who are you now?
• How can you realize your dreams?
• How do you create an engaged life?

You will develop an individual action plan based on:

• Realistic goals
• Real and perceived challenges
• Resources to help you reach your goals.

Workshops are offered in convenient San Francisco and East Bay locations.
