Explore Your Future Workshops

This fun, thought-provoking, four-session workshop series helps you envision your next phase of life. Whether you're retired or just thinking about it, whether you want to go back to school, start a second career, give back to your community through volunteering, or become a civic leader, the Explore Your Future program includes a range of proven techniques and activities for self-discovery.

This is a hands-on learning experience, led by trained counselors, which focuses on helping you create a vision for making your future satisfying and rewarding. Sessions help you explore:

What has influenced you?
Who are you now?
How can you realize your dreams?
How do you create an engaged life?

You will develop an individual action plan based on:

Realistic goals
Real and perceived challenges
Resources to help you reach your goals.

Workshops are offered in convenient San Francisco and East Bay locations.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

February 2012

San Francisco "Explore Your Future" Workshop (Four Sessions):

Wednesdays, February 15, 22, 29, and March 7

Berkeley "Explore Your Future" Workshop (Four Sessions):

Tuesdays, March 13, 20, 27, and April 3

6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Berkeley/Richmond JCC

ENROLLMENT

FEES: $49 for Coming of Age members, or $69 for nonmembers. Comprehensive workbook included. We are grateful to Wells Fargo and Y & H Soda Foundation for grants allowing us to offer this program below cost.

Step 1: To become a Coming of Age member (and receive the discounted rate), please complete the application by clicking HERE. There is no charge to join. Then go to Step 2.

Step 2: To enroll in the “Explore Your Future” workshop series of your choice, please fill out the easy online registration form HERE. If prompted to choose 'individual' or 'organization' - please choose individual.

Note: Each person must complete his or her own application. Payment is due prior to the first session.
