Coming of Age was launched in Philadelphia in 2002 to help people age 50+ explore their futures, promote their connection and contribution to their communities and build stronger nonprofits.

Coming of Age:Bay Area, based in San Francisco, is part of a growing national movement; the Bay Area program is the first on the West Coast.

Through collaborative efforts and sharing model programs, Coming of Age:Bay Area joins other communities in the U.S. in helping people 50+ make a difference.
